PCC has one kind of 125X/Y structured packing, which is simialr to Mellapak 250X/Y, and the packing type is JKB-125X/Y. These types of structured packing are used widely in distillation column.
Following are some technical data for such Structured Packing:
Emboss: Dimple type is widely used, while some clients choose straight line;
Segment or mono: Both are available. Normally, if the diameter is above 850mm, it should be segment type, or else the mono type;
Collar: Welded with the the structured packing
