Peiyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd.( referred to as PCC) , is a national high-tech enterprise holding by Tianjin University. As a manufacturer, PCC has a production base in Jinghai District, Tianjin, China, which the column packing workshop is 28800 square meters. What’s more, in the field of chemical engineering especially in separation engineering theory research and engineering application technology research, Tianjin University has been at the domestic leading position. In “efficient packed tower with new type of column internals” projects, PCC takes full advantage of Tianjin University’s technology strength, and actively carries out research& development and technology achievements transformation works. As the Science and Technology Commission of Tianjin Hi-tech enterprises, PCC formed a series of its own intellectual property, which are widely used in the fields of oil refining, petrochemical , coal chemical , fine chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, gas separation, new materials, new energy and so on. Now, PCC has been granted 16 patents & more than 10 proprietary technologies, and once awarded the National New Product Certificate, National Science and Technology Progress Award. PCC has been identified as high-tech enterprise by Tianjin Municipal.
PCC locates in Tianjin Industrial Park of Tianjin University of Jinghai economic development zone and constructs production and experimental base. PCC has passed ISO9001: 2015 certificates, obtained ASME U Stamp in July, 2013, and had the GB manufacturing qualification of Class Ⅰand Ⅱ pressure vessel. PCC specializes in design and manufacturing of distillation, absorption, extraction and other whole set of mass transfer equipment. Successfully conducted technological transformation, and improved the yield and quality of products for dozens of petrochemical, coal chemical, chemical enterprises. The proprietary gas separation technology in large air-separation equipment design and manufacturing is in the international leading level. PCC possesses the technology and production devices of mono type air-separation packing with diameter of 5.5m.
Practicing company’s concept of “Success is derived from perseverance, development is rooted in innovation”, PCC has the world’s leading distillation laboratory which has both Φ400mm hot-flow model test and Φ600mm cold-flow model test apparatus. It also has a hydrodynamic liquid distributor bench (hydraulic platform) of Φ12M diameter. The experiment is controlled by computer, and random sampling of all distribution points can be measured, which provides a reliable guarantee for R& D and design. PCC invested to construct a set of full automatic control precise separation pilot plant, including three sets of Φ150mm hot-flow model packing tower, which can complete difficult purification experiment, such as polysilicon separation, isomer separation, etc. Meanwhile, it also can achieve multi-purpose research and development target. PCC joined the United States FRI in 2012.
PCC’s products not only meet the needs of domestic customers, and became many large enterprises’ long-term supplier and technical cooperation partner such as PetroChina, Sinopec, MCC,CNASPC , Hangyang, Kaifeng Air Separation and Henan Kaiyuan Air Separation etc., but also be exported to France, Italy, Japan, the United States and other countries around the world.
PCC has completed many outstanding projects:
◾China’s largest air separation distillation column internals and packing manufacturer completed the total of more than 1,000 sets of equipment, designed and manufactured the maximum level reached 60000m3 / h.
◾A pioneer of applying high efficiency tower packing in polysilicon production. The designer and tower equipment manufacturer of largest single set of silicon purification plant (3000 tons / year). PCC provides efficient tower packing and tower equipment for national TCS rectification industry. At present, the market coverage is more than 95% of such projects in China.
◾Largest methanol distillation system (600,000 tons/year) manufacturers.
◾Largest acid production plant (100,000 tons / year) distillation system designer and manufacturer.
◾First set of PO / SM plant in ethylene project in China (the largest diameters of Φ10m) as the equipment manufacturer.
